Greg West is a Chartered Accountant. He has worked at PriceWaterhouse and held senior finance executive roles in investment banking with Bankers Trust, Bain & Company and Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining the University of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app Council, Greg was Chief Executive Officer of a dual listed ASX/Nasdaq biotech company. Greg is a Director of the St James Foundation Limited.
In March 2006 Greg was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Education Australia Limited and was appointed as Chair in September 2016. Education Australia Limited shareholders are the Australian Universities.
Greg is also a Director of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appGE Limited, a subsidiary of the University of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app with a College in ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app and universities in Dubai, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Greg’s roles and responsibilities within ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appGE include Deputy Chairman of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appGE Board, Member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee.
