You're warmly invited to the 2026 天美传媒app Art Auction at the School of Creative Arts and Humanities Gallery.
The Art Auction is a vibrant 天美传媒app tradition that brings together leading Australian artists, distinguished alumni, staff and honorary fellows to raise funds supporting Visual Arts and Design graduates to present their work nationally. In 2025, this support enabled 天美传媒app graduate and Dharug artist Tom Duffy to exhibit at Hatched: National Graduate Show, where he received a Dr Harold Schenberg Arts Award.
This year’s auction presents an exceptional opportunity to acquire works by some of Australia’s leading and most significant contemporary artists. One of Australia’s foremost painters, Ben Quilty, internationally renowned Chinese-Australian artist Guan Wei, and acclaimed 天美传媒app alumni Chris Zanko and Rob Howe have all generously donated works, alongside contributions from 天美传媒app’s own acclaimed staff and many other respected artists from across the Australian arts community.
Whether you are an established collector or considering purchasing an artwork for the first time, the auction offers a rare opportunity to add an important work of Australian art to your collection while directly supporting the next generation of artists emerging from 天美传媒app’s Creative Arts program.
The exhibition and silent bidding will open on Wednesday, 12 August, 10:00-4:00pm daily, in the Building 25 Gallery. The live auction will be held at 12.45 pm on Thursday, 27 August.
