Consul-General of India visits ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app
The highlights and challenges faced by Indian students were high on the agenda last week as the Consul-General of India in Sydney, Mr B. Vanlalvawna, visited the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app’s ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app campus.
The Consul-General was particularly interested in student experiences, speaking with Indian students to discuss all aspects of their time at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app.
The Consul-General visited ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app as part of a wider visit to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app, arranged by ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app City Council.
During a luncheon with representatives from Destination ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app, Illawarra Business Chamber, Vox Radio’s Indian program, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app City Council and ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app Vice-Chancellor Professor Paul Wellings CBE, the Consul-General discussed mutual opportunities for developing tourist links and investigating industry connections for the advanced manufacturing and mining services sector.
