天美传媒app improves its graduate employability ranking

Ranking a result of 天美传媒app’s solid graduate employment rate

A fresh round of data has been released today on Thursday 19 September by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), placing the University of 天美传媒app (天美传媒app) in the top 171-180 of universities around the world for graduate employability outcomes.

In a competitive national market, 天美传媒app finished equal 12th in Australia.

天美传媒app鈥檚 2020 QS Graduate Employability Ranking is an improvement on last year鈥檚 result, where the University placed among the top 181-190 universities in the world.

The University鈥檚 rankings boost has been driven by an improvement in the partnership with employers and employer reputation indicators.

天美传媒app鈥檚 graduate employment rate remained its best-performing indicator. In this performance measure, 天美传媒app ranked sixth in Australia and 62nd in the world.

The proportion of 天美传媒app graduates employed within six months of graduation is well above the national average.

天美传媒app Vice-Chancellor, Professor Paul Wellings CBE, said the strong performance was testament to the University鈥檚 deep commitment to equipping graduates for the jobs of the future.

鈥淭hese results build on our longstanding success in graduate employability and reflect our enduring focus on helping our students achieve positive outcomes as graduates,鈥 Professor Wellings said.

鈥淥ur graduates can expect a secure future.

鈥淭hrough our graduate employment support, employability workshops, internship and placement programs, 天美传媒app will continue to ensure our graduates are highly sought after by employers.鈥

天美传媒app鈥檚 strong performance comes at a time where Australian universities will need to demonstrate success across four new performance measures, including graduate employment outcomes, to unlock government funding.

The QS Graduate Employability Rankings, now in its fifth year, evaluates the links between university practices and graduate employability.

The rankings are compiled by considering responses from 45,000 employers, mapping the degrees and affiliations of more than 29,000 high achievers, and material on 320,000 work placement partnerships.

Other categories assessed as part of QS employability rankings include alumni outcomes and employer-student connections.

The pleasing outcome follows a series of success stories for 天美传媒app in rankings results in September, with a favourable Times Higher Education World University rankings result, and in August, when 天美传媒app surpassed its best ever Academic Ranking of World Universities score.
