• Vision impairment, hearing impairment and other sensory disabilities
• Medical conditions including chronic illness and pain conditions
• Physical disabilities
• Learning disabilities
• Neurological disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries
• Temporary disabilities
• Carers of a person with a disability
