What is it?
SOLS is where you will self-manage many aspects of your enrolment including:
- enrolling in subjects
- choosing your class times
- accessing eLearning (Moodle)
- managing your fees
- checking subject results

SOLSMail
What is it?
SOLSMail messages appear in SOLS and are one of the key ways the University will communicate with you about academic and administrative matters including:
- Changes to published curriculum, classes, assessment due dates
- Subject and exam timetables
- Census date reminders
- Re-enrolment, fees, course progress
- IT outages and disruptions
It is recommended that you check your SOLSMail every day.

What is it?
Your 天美传媒appMail account is your student email account and is your primary way to contact your lecturers and tutors. You will also receive important, non-academic messages via 天美传媒appMail including:
- Fortnightly student newsletters with faculty-specific information and 天美传媒app student support services,
- social and co-curricular activities and programs e.g. career opportunities, and
- student elections and surveys.
It's important check your 天美传媒appMail inbox regularly for important information sent to you by 天美传媒app.
With 天美传媒appMail you can also download the entire Microsoft Office suite like Excel, Powerpoint and Word for free!
How to log in:
Login using your 天美传媒app username followed by @uowmail.edu.au (e.g. username@uowmail.edu.au)
天美传媒app uses MFA for several 天美传媒app systems and applications. During your first login to these systems, you will need to set up your MFA and verify your login.
Setting up MFA on your student account
1. Go to the .
2. Enter your student username and password when prompted.
3. The system will check if MFA is configured on your account.
If MFA is already set up: the 'Success' page is displayed and you can proceed to step 4.
If MFA is not set up: you will be prompted through the set up process. Click Next to begin and follow the prompts.
If installing the , ensure you download the correct app by Microsoft Corporation. Other apps may have similar icons. This is a free application and payment is NOT required.
Note: 天美传媒app uses three methods for MFA: Microsoft Authenticator app, SMS, and callback phone. The Microsoft Authenticator app is the 天美传媒app supported app and more secure than SMS or callback phone.
4. After you have setup MFA, click the 'Opt in for MFA' button to activate MFA on your account. This process will take about 10-15 minutes to take effect.
Note: If you are already using MFA for the VPN, do this without connecting to the VPN.
5. You will be directed back to the MFA Test page.
6. Your student account is now ready to use MFA.
Authentication methods
On the MFA test page, click on the 'Check Security Info' button to view your current information, or to It's strongly recommend that you set up an alternative MFA method.

What is it?
Moodle is the main e-learning tool that is used for subject sites where you can:
- access subject outlines, lecture notes and readings
- view assessment details
- submit assignments

Ask天美传媒app allows you to search a range of FAQs to quickly answer any question about uni. It's just like Google for 天美传媒app!

What is it?
The My天美传媒app mobile app is a great way for you to stay connected with what's happening at 天美传媒app.

Current Students Website
What is it?
The Current Students website is your access point to important information you'll need as a student at 天美传媒app.
SMS
The University will only send you an SMS about critical information that you need to know urgently.
An SMS may also be sent to remind you about an appointment you’ve made.
Personal email
The University will only send emails to your personal account if you are a future student or have been disengaged with 天美传媒app for a long time and they have a critical message to get to you.
What is it?
The 天美传媒app Students Instagram page is a fun way to connect with other students and what's happening on your campus.
You'll find social activities, competitions, videos, student-led content, as well as news and events.
Your user account and password
What is it?
You will be allocated a 天美传媒app user account when you enrol.
Your user account gives you access to the various IT services available including internet and Wi-Fi, printing and copying, computer access, SOLS, 天美传媒appMail and online library resources.
