Application and conferral dates – Spring 2026

Applications open 27 July 2026
Applications close 14 November 2026

Last date for students to:

  • Meet all course requirements met, and have any outstanding grades declared.
  • Ensure personal and course details are correct
  • Pay any outstanding fees.
  • Complete any compulsory learning Modules.
  • Update mailing address for postage of academic documents.
  • Submit cross-institutional results.
  • Provide USI.

Last date for HDR students to submit final thesis documentation to Graduate Research School to complete degree.

Students must not have any outstanding misconduct investigations to be conferred.
18 September 2026 Students notified of inclusion in conferral round via email.
25 September 2026 September conferral of Awards.
Eligible to attend November Graduation ceremonies.
30 September 2026 Digital academic documents published to MyEquals.
23 October 2026

Hardcopy academic documents received.

 

December 2026 Event
4 December 2026

Last date for students to:
