What is involved?
ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appx has developed a series of self-paced online seminars that provide information relevant to each of the 6 ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appx Learning Streams. Each seminar focuses on a different topic area, aiming to address skills that contribute to personal and professional development. They are designed to take around 2 hours to complete, and include videos from leading ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app Alumni, staff and industry professionals, information and interactive activities.
The Mentoring and Wellbeing Learning Stream seminar is titled Regulating Your Best Self to Achieve Purpose and you will hear from ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½app Staff, Emeritus Professor Brian Martin, Psychologist Nigel Woods and Deputy Student Resident Manager (Wellbeing) Ninan Mathew.

You can self-enrol in the at any time and complete this workshop.
Minimum requirements for ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appx recognition
To receive ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appx Recognition, you must:
- Complete the Regulating Your Best Self to Achieve Purpose online seminar
- Email the Completion Certificate to uowx@uow.edu.au and it will be added to your ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½appx Record
