Residents are responsible for the payment of fees for the entire contract period. Fee payment frequencies will be outlined in your contract and are generally paid fortnightly.

Important information for 2027

Application fee: $35

A non-refundable application fee is payable when you submit your application online. Your application will not be considered until such time as this fee is paid.

Acceptance fee: $500 (45 week contract) $530 (51 week contract)*

A fee of $500 or $530 (GST Free) and 2 weeks rent in advance is required to reserve a Room within 天美传媒app Student Accommodation, and:

if the Resident proceeds to occupy a Room in Residence, the acceptance fee will be credited towards the Service Fees and the 2 weeks rent in advance will be credited against their accommodation fees; and
if the Resident does not proceed to occupy a Room in Residence, that fee is non-refundable in consideration of the administration costs of the University. The 2 weeks rent in advance will be refunded.

*full acceptance fee is also required for 22 week or 28 week contracts lengths

Service Fees

The Service fees of $500/$530 are a mandatory, non-refundable fee payable to secure your offer in 天美传媒app Accommodation and are in addition to your weekly fees detailed above. The fees are used in the provision of services such as but not limited to; utilities, events, activities and support services.

Optional parking

Parking permits are subject to availability.

Motor vehicle residence parking permit: To be confirmed
Motorcycle parking permit: To be confirmed

Important information for 2026
