The Master of Human Resource Management builds the professional capability required to manage, develop and lead people effectively. You will explore recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, workplace health and safety, and the legal and regulatory requirements that shape the employment relationship. The degree prepares aspiring managers and team leaders to build positive workplace cultures, support employee experience, and develop organisational capability through strategic human resource management.

The Master of Marketing deepens your understanding of how digital platforms, consumer behaviour and emerging technologies shape modern marketing practice. You will explore AI‑driven digital marketing, big data in marketing analytics, digital media strategy, brand communication, and consumer insights. Through interactive learning and real‑world projects, you build the ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking to design campaigns and strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Studying the Master of Human Resource Management alongside the Master of Marketing supports the integration of workforce capability, organisational culture, and customer and brand strategy.     A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%. 
    OR
    A Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%. 
    OR 
    A recognised master's degree in any discipline with an equivalent average mark of 50%. 

    Other tertiary qualifications, combined with extensive professional work experience, may also be considered.
